SOMETHING ELSE .. means a different product which fits our range of products, no matter if the brand is on our list or not. It can also be a product we have but with different specifications as size or color.

If you did not find what you are were looking for among our products nor the products available through special pre-order, we still offer you the possibility to order the different thing you look for. We can not guarantee the result but we’ll do our best every time.

We work almost only with foreign providers, producers or important international distributors (who offer producer prices as well) so we have access to products from over 200 top brands.

Send an e-mail to contact@arcuri-cutite.ro preferably specifying "something else" as message subject and define what you need as precise as you can, through the characteristics which interests you, even attach a picture if you think is a good idea. We’ll do our best to find the new products, check availability and shortly reply with all necessary details. (Please check your Spam/Bulk/Junk folder as our feedback can be directed there, especially at Yahoo addresses).

The price indicated will probably be given in foreing currency (EUR, USD, GBP) because the exchage rates are not stable and it will be in general as close as possible to the producer suggested retail price. If order will be finalized the price will be converted into local currency using the National Bank reference exchange rate available in the moment we send the product to you + 3% (in fact this exchange rate will be as good as a random bank rate which you would use to buy the currency) and will be payed just like it would be a regular order with cash on delivery or other option.
